how much does it cost to become a certified nurses assistant in el paso tx?

how much does it cost to become a certified nurses assistant in el paso tx?
How much does it cost to become a CNA in El Paso, Texas? what I want to know is how much it cost you to take classes for it and how long it took to get certified. And also how much you started out and how much you make now. I want to get into the nursing field but don't want to find out after spending thousands of dollars on school to wind up with a career I hate. This is my way of dipping my toe in the water and testing it out before I dive right in.

HS graduations..Cap and gown, or military uniform?? Which is fair?HS graduations..Cap and gown, or military uniform?? Which is fair? I have seen this scenario many times. A HS student graduates early and enlists into the USMC, then graduates boot camp. He then wants to participate in his graduation ceremony wearing his dress blues uniform. And of course the school will not allow this. And then the debate is started once again. Do you feel they should be allowed to graduate in a military uniform? Article.. EL PASO, Texas — Garrett Miles-McCarthy wants to get his high school diploma wearing his Marine uniform. But his high school’s principal said in Tuesday’s El Paso Times that the 18-year-old private has been told he can’t wear his military uniform during the graduation ceremony. Now his mother is pushing to change the El Paso Independent School District rule that prohibits students from wearing anything other than the traditional cap and gown. Marie McCarthy said concessions should be made to show support for those joining the military while the country is at war. A spokeswoman said the school district would have to accommodate all organizations. Miles-McCarthy completed Chapin High School graduation requirements in December and joined the Marines. For the record..I do not feel they should allow anyone to graduate in anything other then the cap and gown. On one hand he is proud to be a Marine and wants to show his pride he should be allowed to. On the other hand if your in the military you always have a uniform of the day. The uniform of the day for a HS graduation is a cap and gown so as much as I hate to say it he should wear his cap and gown. I know some would say he could wear his uniform under his gown but that would be an insult to the uniform. Perhaps the High School though could give a special tribute to those graduates going in to the military though. 14 : Its a HS graduation, so it should be a cap and gown. In recruit training he did not wear a cap and gown to represent his high school graduation. I would suggest wearing his dress blues underneath the cap and gown, just like others wear a tux, if it really is something he wants to do. 15 : no its retarded, fuckin boots 16 : You can wear anything you want. Are there cities/towns within El Paso Texas?
This might sound stupid, but for example I live in Derry, New Hampshire. So if someone lived in El Paso, Texas, are there even more cities/towns within it? Because El Paso is HUGE and has around 4 high schools I believe.

2 :
Citiudad Juarez is just across the Border in Mexico. and is considered part of the Metropolitan area.
3 :
Wikipedia is your friend. The page on El Paso lists the following areas, each of which has many neighborhoods. Central El Paso East El Paso Mission Valley El Paso (Lower Valley and Ysleta, TX) Northwest El Paso (Commonly known as West El Paso; includes the Upper Valley) Northeast El Paso With the city limits are traditional suburban areas that are located on the far eastern and western edges.

I just left el paso after living there for 2 years. But El Paso has different sections of the city and little towns on it's border that you might hear or. Those towns outside the city limits are Ciudad Juarez (in Mexico), Sunland Park (In New Mexico), Horizon, Socorro, Fabens, Anthony, and Canutillo. They all are located in El Paso County with the exception of Sunland Park and Juarez

if it's public school no. but if ur like me and attend private school yep.
2 :
It depends on how much work you put into it. Public school can, in fact, be really hard if you take Advanced Placement Classes, but it's worth it if you're up for a challenge. As for the rumors about the way freshmen are treated badly, those are pretty much false. Get involved. Join clubs to meet new people, go out for a sports team, or join the band. That way you'll meet kids with interests similar to yours, and you'll make friends quickly. The more you get involved, the more fun you'll have. High school can be a blast if you put effort into it!

it is the best

it's only hard if you make it hard. Trust me I'm a junior and I'm graduating this year.

Since you have been out of high school for quite some time now, you are going to need to pick up an application directly from the school. Also, see: http://www.epcc.edu/ This was taken from the El Paso Community College website, The admission process for credit programs which leads to a degree or certificate is simple. You will want to complete it as early as possible to be ready to enroll and register for the best class schedule. Pick up, complete and return an admissions application form available at any campus Admissions Office. Have your official high school, GED or college transcripts sent to the EPCC Admissions Department, P.O. Box 20500, El Paso, Texas 79998. To be considered “official, transcripts must be sent directly to El Paso Community College from the other school(s). Request forms are available in the Admissions offices. Every new first-time entering student must take a placement assessment test prior to enrolling at EPCC. Every student coming from another college or university must either take a placement assessment test and/or have transcripts evaluated for appropriate placement into courses. That information was taken from the following page...http://epcc.edu/Default.aspx?alias=epcc.edu/admissions

Go to Hoy_fox VW on the east side of El Paso. They are good people speak to the used car manager. So you can get the best price. The most important thing is you can get a warranty with your purchase. So you will have peace of mind. When you drive away in your car knowing it can be repaired at the dealers all around the United States

I doubt anyone online will know exactly where that is, so my advice is to go around asking people around your neighborhood. Some are bound to have gone to that school. Besides, a lot of schools have drama programs, very few don't. Good luck with your drama.

Which is better Chicago or El Paso Texas?
I lived in Chicago all my life and I got accepted into the best high school in Illinois but my mom wants to go back and live in El Paso, Texas where all her family lives! What should I do? Should I stay here or move to El Paso and forget my option to be in a great high school? Give me your opinions please!!!

CHICAGO!!! Hands down.
2 :
You can't be serious. El Paso is a hole.
3 :
Are you kidding? Stay in Chicago! You can visit your mom in EP whenever you want.
4 :
Chicago si, El Paso no! Besides, if Governor Rick Perry gets his way Texas will be its own country soon - at least until he gets his $11M of stimulus money to finish reconstructing the governor's mansion.
5 :
El Paso! Get out of Chicago! I grew up there and moved away and went back to visit a summer ago! I can not believe how unbelievably RUDE women are in Chicago! They are snotty little b****es! Stay sweet in Texas, you can move to Chicago later. And who cares about the governor of TX, you dont pay taxes yet!
6 :
If you can stay in Chicago then do it.
7 :
That's like saying which is better an apple or an orange. El Paso is more laid back; probably less crime, warmer, more open spaces. Chicago is more culturally active; has lots more to do. When you said great high school tho, I think going to a better school is more important than any other reason at yr age. good luck
8 :
I love/live in Chicago but Danielle has a point. People, especially women, in Chicago can be somewhat ignorant. Do what's best for you but make sure it's FOR YOU. You'll be the one who has to live there/wherever you pick to live so choose wisely! High school comes and goes but being with your mom & bonding doesn't happen so often, especially when you're in high school.
